We have received some really positive feedback from South East Coast Ambulance Service regarding their use of the CLIO system as they went live at Christmas.
Feedback was positive from users and they had no major issues (IT or system wise)
The use of the system on I pads worked well and they exampled an instance where SECAmb had an issue at a local hospital, they dispatched a HALO (Hospital Ambulance Liaison Officer) to the hospital who used his I pad to update CLIO thereby saving at least half a dozen telephone calls and everyone received the same update instantaneously.
CLIO was used in SECAMB's operations centre and the Strategic Commanders were really impressed by the Whiteboard facility. This was displayed throughout the Christmas period giving them the opportunity to self-brief and get an overview of what was going on at any moment in time across the organisation.
CLIO was also used in a recent Channel Tunnel exercise and again feedback was excellent.
Ian Eldridge Contingency Planning and Resilience Manager/NILO, South East Coast Ambulance Service
Food Standards Scotland (FSS) have been using CLIO since May 2017 and have found it a great asset for incident management. The system is user friendly and the support from Badger in developing the system to meet the needs of our organisation has been exceptional. FSS have been using the system to successfully manage all food/feed incidents internally and as of September 2018, we initiated training of key external partners, with the aim of using CLIO to managing incidents where key partners are also involved. The training has been positively received so far with feedback praising the system's accessibility, sit-rep area and audit function.

CLIO Manager is used daily across the UK in the management of crimes in action and other serious and organised crime and has repeatedly proved to be invaluable in achieving positive conclusions. It is simple to use, reliable and effective.

We've been with Badger for more than 16 years during which they have developed, upgraded and supported our SQL client - server case management system, Hermes, which has served us very well. Badgers are very professional and expert and have always come up with the goods. Recently they helped us develop the Missing People Matching Tool, a scalable tool that allows database owners, such as the London Rough Sleepers database, CHAIN, to match their data with our missing persons list - a direct way to help missing persons themselves.

Just a quick note regarding a visit we have received from Badger who had promised to come and see how we were getting on with the latest version following Thames Valley and Hampshire Polices upgrade last month. What a fantastic service provided and I cannot be more pleased with the input provided to assist in our improvement of effectiveness and efficiency. It's always nice when companies come through and deliver on their promises!
I look forward to continuing working with you and your team.
Detective Chief Inspector Andy SHEARWOOD Senior Investigating Officer, Thames Valley Police Major Crime Unit
CLIO is the go to system for Crimes in action in North Yorkshire. In addition to this area of business we continue to learn new ways of using the system and have created several templated operations to support SIO's, Interview Advisors and other specialist teams. None of this would be possible without the unerring support of those at Badger who are always willing to listen and take on board feedback and act in a timely fashion in support of those of us actually using the system.

In Cheshire we have 2 licenses for Clio- one to manage Crime/Live time incidents with the other used solely for Operational planning of Sports and other large scale events.
I have managed the Ops Planning license for the last 4 years. The software is user friendly, reliable and effective- I would highly recommend it for similar purposes.
Furthermore the support from the Team at Badger Software is second to none- they are always at the end of the phone if required and deal with any issues immediately.

I have been involved with CLIO (Badger Software) since 2006 and it (CLIO) has become part of my everyday life within West Yorkshire Police. The ease of the system makes my life easier when training officers and staff. It's one of the easiest systems we have and I enjoy finding new ways to use it.
I am confident in the support in which I get from Badger Software. They are always at the end of the phone or e-mail and have never failed to assist when we (WYP) need their help.
Please keep up the good work; I don't know what I would do without you and your system.

We have been using CLIO for a number of years to support planned events, football and crimes in action. It has been a vital tool in helping us to manage these events and ensuring we have a clear audit trail around our decision making.
